LongFi Connect on the Omada Wi-Fi at Kiva Dunes, live since August 2026.Cell coverage can be less consistent along the Fort Morgan peninsula. Computer Backup Inc. (CBI) activated LongFi Connect on the Omada Wi-Fi already serving Kiva Lodge and Kiva Grill, so compatible phones connect automatically wherever that Wi-Fi reaches.

Cellular coverage can vary along this part of the Fort Morgan peninsula, so we wanted to make staying connected easier for visitors at Kiva. LongFi Connect builds on the Omada Wi-Fi already in place, helping visitors and guests use their phones to check directions or stay in touch with family.Lance AlexanderOwner, Computer Backup Inc.

Joining means finding a network name and a password, and many guests do not think to switch.
LongFi Connect improves indoor cell connectivity using the lodge's excess Wi-Fi capacity.
CBI already managed the property's Omada network: EAP720 Wi-Fi 7 ceiling-mount access points and an OC200 hardware controller. With LongFi's step-by-step guide, CBI activated LongFi Connect as a configuration change on that network, and no new hardware was required.
- Automatic for guests. Compatible phones with eligible carrier credentials connect on their own, with no password and no sign-in page.
- Built on Omada. LongFi Connect runs on the Omada access points and controller CBI already manages.
- Secure by design. Guest traffic is authenticated, encrypted and kept separate from the resort's own systems.
- CBI stays in control. CBI keeps managing the network, and LongFi monitors performance and reports the results.
