Guests stay connected inside SILO.

SILO is one of Brooklyn's most striking nightlife and event spaces, set inside a converted airplane hangar.

A 500-capacity room in East Williamsburg known for immersive design and world-class dance-music lineups. The one thing the building could not do was let outdoor cell signal inside. With LongFi Connect, the connectivity finally matches the room, so guests stay in the moment right when it counts.

Our space is unforgettable, but the building was working against us. Guests would lose signal right when they needed it, sometimes stepping outside just to pay their tab. Since turning on LongFi Connect, that problem is gone. People stay in the room, and the night keeps its momentum.

The Challenge

A landmark building that blocked the signal guests rely on.

SILO lives inside a repurposed hangar. The scale and dense construction are part of what makes the venue special, and also what kept outdoor cellular signal from reaching deep inside. On busy nights, guests hit dead spots at the exact moments they needed their phones.

The tab cannot close at the table

One group once walked outside at 3 a.m. just to pay a large tab.

The ride text lands late

Rides and texts stall right when guests are trying to get home.

The night goes unposted

Posts and stories that fill the room next weekend never upload live.

The Solution

LongFi Connect improves indoor cell connectivity using the venue's excess Wi-Fi capacity.

It runs as a configuration on the business-grade Wi-Fi already in the room, so phones connect on their own and keep working when the floor is full.

  • Automatic for guests. Phones connect on their own, with no app, no password, and no portal.
  • Carrier signal over the room's Wi-Fi. Traffic from major mobile carriers is carried indoors across the Wi-Fi already in the building.
  • Secure by design. Guest traffic is authenticated and encrypted, and kept separate from the venue's systems.
  • No cost to the venue. Activation takes minimal I.T. time and runs quietly alongside operations.
  • Built on what is already there. The venue keeps its network and its guest experience.

For Venues

Bring reliable indoor connectivity to your next packed night.

LongFi Connect works best in high-traffic venues where the building itself gets in the way of indoor cell service. A short conversation is enough to tell.

Works with business-grade Wi-Fi and supports major mobile carriers.
