How current is the data?
Usage data refreshes daily.
Does the venue need new Wi‑Fi equipment?
No new hardware is required when the Wi‑Fi environment is compatible, and compatibility is reviewed during site qualification. Relay reads from the same network, with nothing to install on site.
What if the invite is lost or sign-in fails?
Email [email protected] with the venue name, and the LongFi team will resend the invite or reset access.
