Elsewhere + LongFi Connect
Follow-up brief after our discovery call.
Sam, thanks for the time on the call. A quick summary of the fit and what we need to get this moving: the carrier approval info, and an introduction to your Sourcepass contact so we can coordinate the technical call. Easy to forward to Ramy, Zach, or the Sourcepass team.

What we heard
- Patrons need reliable connectivity inside the venue.
- Elsewhere wants to improve connectivity without opening internal networks to patrons.
- Sourcepass manages the networking environment and should be included in the technical review.
- Sam wants to see the system work at Elsewhere first before thinking about referrals to other venues.
Why LongFi fits
What LongFi does, in one line
LongFi uses excess Wi-Fi capacity to provide a better indoor cell experience for AT&T and T-Mobile customers. Patrons do not need a Wi-Fi password. Carrier traffic stays separate from POS, cameras, staff devices, and internal systems.
Fit assessment
Carrier approval info 1.5 to 2 weeks
The site is submitted to AT&T and T-Mobile for inclusion in their carrier database. Approval typically takes one and a half to two weeks once the basics are in, so the sooner these come in the sooner Elsewhere goes live.
